Emmanuel Episcopal Church of Moorefield recently donated money to Grant Memorial Hospital’s Family Maternity Units toward the purchase of car seats and baby clothes. Church member Kathy Ratliff said, ‘We are proud that we can support the hospital in their efforts to assist in the needs of some of their newborns.’ She explained that every month, 10 percent is taken out of the church collections and donated back to a community project.
