O.U.R. House receives donation from group

Members of the Buckhannon Quilters at Heart recently put together a blue and white quilt and raffled it off, with the proceeds bring contributed to the Our Unique Recovery House.

O.U.R. House is a house for women to recover from alcohol and drug addiction.

The winning ticket was picked on Dec. 11 at the club's Christmas party, and the winner was James Eckes.

This blue and white quilt recently was raffled off to raise money for the Our Unique Recovery House, which is designed to help women recover from drug addiction.

A check for $1,064 was presented to Linda Mealy, of OUR House, by Barbara Lane, president of the quilt guild.
