Jennifer Godwin and Lewis "Eddie" Nicholson of Dover, Del., and formerly of West Milford, will be married in a private ceremony on Valentine's Day at Rehobeth Beach, Del.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Bobby Godwin Sr. of Odenton, Md., and Joyce Godwin-Carrow of Dover, Del. She attended Arundel Senior High School in Gambrills, Md. At age 17, she started working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, D.C. In 1993, she transferred to West Virginia with the CJTS Division. She recently retired after 25 years as a supervisor and certified tenprint examiner. She also is a licensed sign language interpreter.
She has two daughters, Stephanie Mohr of Belington and Alexandria Gilbert. She also has one granddaughter, Grace Mohr-Nicholson.

Her fiance is the son of the late Carl and Marion Nicholson Sr. He attended Philip Barbour High School where he was a two-year letterman in basketball, football and track and field. He attended Davis & Elkins College where he completed degrees in business law and history.
He is the owner of Performance Construction in Jane Lew.
