The Randolph County Animal Shelter is having an on-site adoption from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Close to 50 cats and dogs will be available for the $17 special adoption fee in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. The shelter is located at Weese Street Extension, and the adoption will be held outside, weather permitting.
