The Davis & Elkins College baseball swept a three-game series with Glenville State over the weekend at Harpertown Field.
The Senators defeated the Pioneers on Sunday, 4-2.
Tripp Staley notched the win for D&E in 8 1/3 innings of work. He gave up two runs on four hits, walked one, while striking out nine.

John Commins picked up the save, facing two batters.
Josh Robinette had one hit and two RBIs, while Treavor Dubiel added one hit and an RBI for the Senators.
D&E won both games on Saturday, taking Game 1, 10-0, and the nightcap by a county of 4-0.
Josh Kehr pitched a complete-game, one-hitter in Game 1. He gave up no walks and struck out six.
Mike Mroz had two hits and two RBIs, while Kyle Crist and Brenton Kopecek had two hits each.
Dubiel chipped in with a two-run homer for D&E.
Zach McElroy picked up the win in the second game, going four innings on the mound. He gave up no runs on five hits and struck out three.
Kopecek had two hits and scored a run to lead D&E at the plate, while Crist had a two-run home run and Robinette added one hit and drove in a run. "We limited our errors and walks and had some timely hits this weekend," D&E coach Ron Palmer said. "I was happy with the teams effort and hopefully we can continue that for this week."
D&E will host Shepherd on Wednesday at 1 p.m. for a doubleheader.
