A man and woman from Barbour County each are facing two felony charges for the possession and sale of marijuana to an undercover officer of the Belington Police Department.
A complaint was filed in Barbour County in February against James Wayne Sims, 34, and Sheila Denise Wood, 40, for the delivery of a controlled substance, according to the magistrate report.
Sims and Wood appeared before the magistrate Monday.
The undercover officer witnessed the entire transaction to its completion with the exchange of money for the marijuana, according to court documents. A warrant was issued for both Sims and Wood.
