Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Lee Teter of Harman announce the birth of a daughter, bor n at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012, in St. Joseph's Hospital of Buckhannon. The infant weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, measured 20 inches and has been named Hallie Jane Teter. The mother is the former Kelly Ann Harman. This is their third child. Maternal grandparents are Jack and Sandy Harman. Paternal grandparents are Leon Teter and Carol and Bob Hoffman.
