Dallas T. and Stephanie J. Satterfield of Fairmont announce the birth of a son, born at 5:23 a.m. Feb. 29, 2012, in West Virginia University Children's Hospital. The infant weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces, measured 20 1/2 inches and has been named Palmer Ayden Satterfield. Siblings include a sister, Piper Addyson. Grandparents are Greg and Anita Jones of Elkins, Barbara and Bill Harrington of Bedford, Va., Marilyn Satterfield of Fairmont and the late Dallas L. Satterfield.
