West Virginia Children’s Home recognizes Madeline ‘Midge’ Thompson as March’s Employee of the Month. Thompson is employed as one of the home’s cooks. Janice Brady, assistant director, said, ‘Midge is a dedicated employee and wonderful cook. She prepares homemade meals that are nutritional and tasty.’ Thompson is married to Ronald Thompson, of Beverly, and has two children, Chris and Jamey Dodrill; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
