Velma Elizabeth Phillips, 93, accepted her invitation into Heaven Saturday, April 21, 2012, at her residence.
Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. today at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, from the funeral home chapel with Pastor David Fisher officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman.
Velma was under the loving care of Mountain Hospice, 1600 Crim Ave., Belington, WV 26250 at the time of her death, where contributions may be made.
