Carol Jean Hoyle, 54, a resident of Elkins, passed away Monday morning, April 23, 2012, at her home.
She was born Jan. 11, 1958, at Rochester, Pa., a daughter of the late Edward Paul and Hannah Faye West Marteney.
On May 10, 2007, she was married to John Hoyle, who survives.
Also surviving is one daughter, Misty Guth of Elkins; a daughter-in-law, Tracy Pudder of Elkins; a stepson, Jonathon Smith of Pennsylvania; one brother-in-law, Paul Smith of Aliquippa, Pa.; two sisters, Judy Ware of French Creek and Linda Smith of Aliquippa, Pa.; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Also preceding her in death were one brother-in-law, Mason Ware, and two nephews.
Friends may call from 10 until 11 a.m. Friday, April 27, at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jerome Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the Mouse Cemetery near Cravensdale.
