Deja Vu lineup, locations updated

April 27, 2012
The Inter-Mountain

The Davis & Elkins College Campus Activities Board has a new lineup for today's Deja Vu concert and new locations for both nights of the festival.

Tonight's acts will now feature opener Wyatt Turner, a Pocahontas County native and Nashville act, and headliner Casey James, already much anticipated on this year's lineup.

The concert will take place in the college's Augusta Dance Pavilion, located next to The McDonnell Center.

The originally scheduled band, Eden's Edge, reported a case of laryngitis for its lead singer and had to cancel.

D&E Vice President for Student Affairs Scott Goddard and students acted quickly to bring in Turner, whose West Virginia roots and style are popular with area audiences.

Saturday's lineup remains the same with opening act Electric Touch, followed by American Music Award winner Hot Chelle Rae. Because of the weather forecast, the concert will move indoors to The McDonnell Center.

Performances begin at 8 p.m. each evening.

Tickets for each evening's concert are available online at or in the D&E Student Life Office in Jennings Randolph Hall. More information is available by calling 304-637-1352.
