Elizabeth Hayes announces the engagement and forthcoming wedding of her youngest daughter, Naomi Simons, of Elkins to Adam West of Cape Charles, Va.
The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Alderson-Broaddus College with a degree in elementary education. She is employed as a special education teacher in Randolph County.
Her fiance is the son of Thomas West of Grafton and Deborah Parks of Cape Charles, Va. He is a 2004 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in ocean engineering. He is employed as a store manager at Star Furniture in Clarksburg.

An open-church wedding will take place at 2:30 p.m. July 28 at Elkins Family Worship Center, 1402 Taylor Ave., Elkins, with Pastor Jamie Estep officiating. All friends and family are invited to attend.
