MILL CREEK - Casey Martel had two hits and two RBIs to lead Tygarts Valley past Tucker County 7-2 Wednesday in Class A Region II, Section 3 tournament action.
Ryan Hoffman added two hits and scored two runs, while Timmy Sparks drove in two runs on one hit for the Bulldogs (15-17).
Keighan Chewning notched the win for Tygarts Valley in seven innings pitched. He gave up two runs on four hits, walked one and struck out six.

Mikhail Lewis took the loss for the Mountain Lions in six innings of work.
William Plum had two hits to lead the Mountain Lions at the plate.
"It's nice to still be playing," Tygarts Valley coach James Markley said. "We need to go to Pendleton County and see if we can come out with a win."
Tygarts Valley visits Pendleton County for a 5:30 p.m. contest today. If the Bulldogs win the game, a second game will follow for the sectional title.
East Hardy 2, Moorefield 0
BAKER - Jaime Miller pitched a complete-game three-hitter to lead East Hardy past rival Moorefield 2-0 Wednesday in Class A, Region II, Section 4 tournament action.
Miller walked two and struck out 13 for the Cougars (26-5).
"Jaime pitched really well tonight," East Hardy coach Raymond Snapp said. "He got into some trouble late in the game, especially in the seventh inning, but was able to work his way out of it."
Tyler Mongold and Shawn Skovron had RBI singles for East Hardy.
Lance Taylor took the loss for the Yellow Jackets (17-10) in five innings of work.
He gave up two runs on four hits, walked one and struck out four.
Zach Laughlin had two hits and Jared Kite had the other hit for Moorefield.
"We got the the hits that we needed," Snapp said. "Our defense came up big with some key playes that were made."
Moorefield host Paw Paw tonight for more sectional tournament action.
East Hardy plays the winner on Friday at 7 p.m. for the championship.
PETERSBURG - Trevor Harman and Brett Reel had two hits, two RBIs and two runs scored to lead Petersburg past Philip Barbour 9-3 Wednesday in Class AA Region II, Section 3 tournament action.
Hunter Warner added two hits and RBI for the Vikings.
Warner notched the win for Petersburg in six innings of work. He gave up three runs on four hits and struck out two.
Andy Green took the loss for the Colts in three innings of work. He gave up five runs, two hits, walked five and struck out one.
Saige Cline had two hits, while Andy Green and Zach Howdershelt had one hit and scored a run for the Colts (13-16).
Philip Barbour plays Grafton today at 5 p.m. in a elimination game. Petersburg will play the winner on Friday.
