Madalyn Humphrey, of Elkins, is on the dean's list for the spring semester of 2012 at Ashland University.
Humphrey, the daughter of Richard and Ruth Humphrey of Elkins, is majoring in child and family studies. She is a 2011 graduate of Elkins High School.
To be eligible for this honor, a student must be enrolled full time and achieve at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
