Wallace and Loretta Burner of Durbin will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary today.
The couple was married May 26, 1962, at Monterey, Va.
Mr. Burner is retired from the former Howes Leather Co. at Frank.

Mrs. Burner is a retired teacher's aide from Green Bank Elementary School.
They have three daughters, Tammie Mick, who is deceased, Rose Burner and fiance, Eugene Warner, Sandy Varner and husband, Buster Varner, all of Durbin. They also have four granddaughters, Sherry DeHaven and husband, Terry Wayne DeHaven, Jessica Varner, Vanessa Varner and Tara Warner; and two great-grandsons Coty and Devin DeHaven, all of Durbin.
