A Buckhannon man was hospitalized following an all-terrain vehicle accident in Upshur County.
According to the Upshur County Sheriff's Department, Nathan Chisolm, 22, was taken from the accident on Kesling Mill Road around 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
The report stated Chisolm was riding a 1997 Kawasaki when he attempted to make a left turn and lost control of the ATV, striking a tree. He was taken from the scene by Health Net. The Upshur County EMS and local fire departments also responded to the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
