Cloyd Alvin Rinehart, 87, of Parsons, passed away June 9, 2012.
He was born Feb. 5, 1925, at Aurora, to Mac Henry and Dolly Marie Spessert Rinehart.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Yvonne Spessert Rinehart; four children, Neil (Marcella), Lois, Ivan and Dianna Tompkins (Symons); and grandsons, Charles Rinehart and Benjamin Tompkins. Also surviving is brother, Wayne (Winona) Rinehart.
Friends will be received at Stemple Ridge United Methodist Church on Friday, June 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the funeral hour with the Rev. Loren Metzner officiating. Interment will follow in Stemple Ridge Cemetery where military graveside rites will be performed by Oakland Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10077 and American Legion Post 071.
