Allen and Irene Melson of Montclair, Va., announce the birth of a son, born at 6:02 p.m. May 3, 2012, in INOVA Fairfax Women's Center, Fairfax, Va. The infant weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces, measured 22 inches and has been named Ethan James Melson. He joins a brother, Justin Allen Melson, and sister, Katelyn Renee Melson. The mother is the former Irene Rader of Elkins. Grandparents are Connie and Johnny Casto of Valley Bend and Thomas and Debbie Melson of Berkeley Springs.
