Gary Shahan and Shawn Allen, workers for J&J Drywall in Fairmont, construct a ceiling inside the new business building of the Philippi-Barbour County Regional Airport on Tuesday. The new business building is estimated to be about 80 percent complete. The area within the building will house offices and restrooms. Currently, framers also are working on the garage doors of the building.
