Aaron Talbott finishes the task of scraping old paint from the ‘Smile! You’re Alive’ mural on the Talbott Glass building on Henry Avenue in Elkins. Repainting on the 19-foot-by-40-foot mural will begin on Monday. The building’s owner, Mark Talbott, said this is the fourth time that the mural has been repainted. Aaron Talbott’s grandfather, Kenneth Talbott, painted the original in 1976.
