Railroad Avenue from Fourth Street to Second Street, Third Street from Railroad Avenue to Davis Avenue; Third Street from Davis Avenue to Kerens Avenue; and Third Street from Kerens Avenue to South Henry Avenue will be closed for the event.

Not only will classic cars line the downtown streets, a disc jockey will provide music at the depot throughout the evening as drivers arrive.

At 7 p.m., the Elkins Depot & Welcome Center will host live entertainment by Johnny Cochran and the Trail Blazers in town square. A fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day will light up the sky at dark.

"We will have live music and it is just a fun event," Reed said. "We want everyone to enjoy the Fourth of July celebration."
