Madaline Cunningham Skinner, 88, of Buckhannon, died Sunday, July 1, 2012, at her home under the care of St. Joseph's Hospice.
She was born June 25, 1924, at Bulltown, a daughter of the late John H. and Mary Francis Singleton Cunningham.
On July 26, 1950, she married Ervin Fray Skinner, who survives.

Also surviving are two sisters, Ruth Skinner of French Creek and Mildred McHenry of Charleston; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Beatrice McHenry.
Mrs. Skinner was a Methodist by faith. She graduated in 1943 from Burnsville High School. She followed her husband in the military, settling in Grafton, Ohio, working in the industry and enjoying their farm.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, in Quickle Cemetery in Burnsville with the Rev. Wease Day officiating.
