The Randolph County Office of Emergency Management announced at 2 p.m. the American Red Cross has delivered hot meals to the Tygarts Valley High/Middle School cooling station. According to the announcement, the meals also were being delivered to the Valley Head Volunteer Fire Department. Anyone needing meals should go to either location.
