The Randolph County Office of Emergency Management has announced that the Valley Head Volunteer Fire Department and the Tygarts Valley High/Middle School cooling stations have a supply of ice. The ice will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The supply at VHVFD is limited, but the supply at TVH/MS is ample. Anyone in need of ice should go to the fire department around noon today. Ice will be available at TVH/MS through the evening.
Area residents who need assistance should call the Randolph County Office of Emergency Management at 304-636-0483 or their local fire department. Emergency calls should be placed to 911.
