Michael Grail, 22 Latham St., $500 for porch.
Upshur County Board of Education, 2 College Ave., $124,000 for electrical system and ceiling renovations at Buckhannon Academy Elementary School.
Gavin Donaldson, 15 Myrna St., $3,807 for fencing.
Rue Thompson, 144 Wood St., $2,000 for storage building repairs.
Edith Hosaflook, 23 Morton Ave., $3,000 for storage building.
Lorraine Wong, 3 Kepner St., $100 to raze storage building.
Eloise Linger, 113 South Florida St., $1,500 for electrical upgrade.
Jennifer Metzler, 136 Wood St., $500 for electrical pool pump and fencing lattice.
