Belington resident Joe Weese receives a certificate of appreciation from the Belington Town Council for volunteering his time to restore and beautify a section of the Tygart Valley riverbank. Since spring, Weese has been working to mow and trim approximately 500 yards of the riverbank outside of his home in Belington.
