Three recent burglaries in Parsons are being investigated by the Tucker County Sheriff's Department and the West Virginia State Police.
Sheriff Tom Felton said the burglaries took place on Spruce Street, all within one week of each other.
One of the burglaries is being investigated by the Sheriff's Department, and the other two are being investigated by State Police Trooper J.E. Kopec of the State Police, Felton said.

"During the burglary we are investigating, there was an undisclosed amount of cash stolen from a resident," Felton said.
Kopec was not available for comment Monday, but Felton said a considerable number of the residents' portable possessions were stolen during one of the crimes being investigated by the State Police.
"It seems like they took whatever they could," Felton said.
No additional information on the crimes is available as the investigations continue.
"The Tucker County Sheriff's Office, the West Virginia State Police, the Parsons City Police, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office and others are working diligently to solve these property crimes that have occurred in our area," Felton said. "If you have any information regarding any unsolved crime, please notify one of these agencies."
