William Jay "Billy" Morral, 43, a resident of Elkins, departed this life Friday, July 20, 2012, in Davis Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. He had been in his usual health and death was unexpected.
The family will receive friends at Crystal Springs Community Church on Saturday, Aug. 4, from 2 to 4 p.m. At 4 p.m., Billy's life will be celebrated with Pastor David Collins officiating. A private interment will follow at a later date in Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman.
