The second Rockin' Block Party will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Aug. 11 at 2 Lincoln Ave. in Elkins, at the old Nazarene Church building. Registration for games and prizes will begin at 4 p.m.
Activities will include free hot dogs, popcorn and cotton candy, free games and prizes for all ages and a bounce house for younger kids. For tweens and teens, there will be a rock climbing wall, joust and the obstacle course, a 3-point shoot out and free-throw competition. There will be a free evening concert by Anthem and prize giveaway.
