An Elkins woman accused of shooting a man in the back had her bond revoked during a hearing in Randolph County Circuit Court last week.
Samantha A. Armentrout, 22, of 36 16th St., Elkins, was charged with wanton endangerment with a firearm after she allegedly shot Timothy Myers Jr. in the back on May 31.
She was released on a $50,000 bond, but Circuit Judge Jaymie Godwin Wilfong revoked her bond during a hearing Aug. 1.

Armentrout had been rearrested in July after allegedly failing to check in regularly with the Community Corrections program, a condition of her bond, said county Prosecuting Attorney Michael Parker.
During the Aug. 1 hearing, Wilfong set an additional bond of $50,000 cash, property or surety, and the condition that Armentrout check in daily with Community Corrections and submit to regular drug and alcohol testing.
Also last week, bond was modified for Bradley Allen Reed, 53, of Beverly, who is accused of causing the accident that killed 63-year-old Martha Rose, of Beverly, on Nov. 5, 2011. Police said Reed allegedly was driving a Dodge Neon hauling a trailer, which was carrying unsecured stolen vehicle rotors.
In July, Reed pleaded not guilty to one felony count of leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death, and misdemeanor counts of negligent homicide, unlawful taking of a vehicle, unsecured load and petit larceny.
On Aug. 1, Reed's bond was modified due to a new misdemeanor charge against him of having an unsecured load. Bond was not revoked, but Reed is now prohibited from hauling anything in any trailer, cart or truck that is not enclosed. Reed's bond remains at $150,000 surety.
John Michael Wilson Jr., 26, of Belington, pleaded guilty to sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and first-degree sexual abuse in April.
His sentencing was scheduled for Aug. 1, but was continued because his attorney, Matthew Fair, requested a state Division of Corrections evaluation before sentencing. The sentencing has been rescheduled for Oct. 24.
Wilson is facing a possible sentence of 15 to 45 years in the state penitentiary, followed by up to 50 years of supervised release, "which should ensure that Mr. Wilson is either incarcerated or under strict supervision for the remainder of his life," Parker told The Inter-Mountain in April.
Isenhart and another man, Paul Grant Himes Jr., 27, of 1713 South Davis Ave., Elkins, are alleged to have forced a 15-year-old girl to perform sexual acts the night of March 23.
Isenhart's bond was modified from $50,000 cash or surety to $50,000 cash or property.
Himes is also charged with second- and third-degree sexual assault, both felonies.
Hewitt is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 25 at 10 a.m.
