The Elkins and Beverly volunteer fire departments respond Tuesday morning to a single-car accident on the Left Fork of Files Creek Road. The Pontiac PT Cruiser went off the road and came to a stop in a deep ditch. There were no injuries at the accident, police said. The Elkins Detachment of the West Virginia State Police is investigating. The Randolph County Emergency Squad also responded to the scene.
