The annual Randolph County Cancer Support Group 5-Mile Run/5K Walk recently took place at Riverbend Park in Elkins.

A special thank you to members of the Woodford Memorial United Methodist Church for its contribution of more than $1,000 in memory of Firmen Canfield, a member of the church who passed away in 2011 of cancer.
