Gutta named MSFF princess

Taylor Lynne Gutta of Elkins has been appointed by Sen. D. Richard Browning, D-Wyoming, as a princess in the 76th Mountain State Forest Festival.

She is the daughter of Shelley Gutta of Elkins and Scott Edward Gutta of Morgantown, and the granddaughter of Roger and June Bolyard of Coalton and Carmen and Marie Gutta of Morgantown. She has two sisters, Caitlin Alexis and Bradley Nicole Gutta.

Gutta graduated from Elkins High School in 2010 and attends West Virginia University, majoring in nutrition and food service. She is a member of the WVU Competition Cheer Team, winning second place at nationals at Daytona Beach in April. She was a jester in the Mountain State Forest Festival in 2007. She enjoys working at the Arnold Palmer Golf Course at Stonewall Resort and plans to open her own nutrition center after graduating from WVU.
