TENNERTON?- Buckhannon-Upshur continued its recent surge Tuesday night, rolling to an 11-0 victory over Philip Barbour in Big 10 Conference action.
Eight different Lady Bucs found the net in the balanced offensive attack.
"We got things going once we had two goals called back for off-sides and once we were able to adjust to Philip Barbour's defenders pushing out hard," Buckhannon-Upshur head coach Tom Hasbrouck said.

"We were able to get a lot of people in the scoring column today and were able to get everyone into the game for at least 10 minutes."
Lindsey Beets, Lauren Cvechko and Hannah Stankus all scored a pair of goals, while Brooklyn Waddell, Emily Godwin, Jessica Feronti, Haley Ware and Megan Williams all scored single goals.
Godwin collected three assists, while Waddell delivered two. Single assists were tallied by Lexi Greene and Meg Presar.
B-U led 5-0 at the half and closed the night with six second-half scores.
Buckhannon-Upshur outshot the Colts 22-0 and led in corner kicks, 9-4.
The Lady Buccaneers improve to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play with the win. B-U will entertain Lincoln on Thursday for its next contest..
B-U 3, Philip Barbour 0
TENNERTON?- Buckhannon-Upshur rebounded from a tough weekend loss to Shady Spring, posting an efficient 3-0 home victory over Philip Barbour on Tuesday.
The Bucs played the game without the services of head coach Mike Donato, who received a red card over the weekend.
Justin Walton got B-U on the board 15 minutes into the game when he scored off an assist from Marcus Lofton.
Just four minutes later, the Bucs extended the lead to 2-0 when freshman Josh Tenney was able to direct the ball into the net off a free kick.
"Philip Barbour is a strong, physical and very fast team," assistant coach Mike Tenney said. "The game was back-and-forth, but the midfield took control and started to create chances by opening up lanes."
While Philip Barbour applied pressure and matched up well on the stat sheet, the Colts were unable to cut into the lead. Marty Eliot added a late insurance goal to seal the win in the 78th minute.
Buckhannon-Upshur outshot the Colts 13-11, but Philip Barbour earned more corner kicks, holding a 5-2 edge. Buccaneer keeper Chris Orwig collected 11 saves in the shutout performance. His counterpart Nick Triplett corralled 10 saves.
B-U raises its record to 3-4 on the season and will host Lincoln on Thursday.
Elkins 6, Lincoln 0
SHINNSTON - Mason Schoonover scored a pair of goals to lead Elkins past Lincoln 6-0 Tuesday in Big 10 Conference action.
Jacob Schoonover, Tommy Cain, Cord Elmer and Trey Westerfeld all added scores for the Tigers (4-2-1).
Jacob Schoonover also finished with three assists in the contest.
Elkins outshot Lincoln 14-4 in the contest and held a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks.
Elmer had three keeper saves in goal for the Tigers, while Tyler Gray collected one.
"We started a bit slow but found a rhythm and worked the ball around to get some good chances, " Elkins coach Andy Montgomery said.
