Jason and Amber Dunn of Franklin announce the birth of a daughter born at 11:45 p.m. on April 20, 2012, in Brookhaven Birth Center in Harrisonburg, Va. The infant weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and has been named Gemma Morgan Dunn. Maternal grandparents are Charles and Jeri Harper of Franklin. Paternal grandparents are Tom and Pat Dunn of Philippi.
