William "Bill" Charlton, 65, of Seneca Rocks, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, as the result of a tractor-trailer and truck accident in Rockingham County, Va.
A memorial service with full military honors will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Kimble Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, with the Rev. Earl Bible officiating.
