In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a hospice of the donor's choice or to his parents.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Sept. 29, at 2 p.m. at Union Church of Christ in Philippi with the Rev. Mike Phillips officiating. A dinner for all family and friends will follow the service at the Union Community Building.
