Donald Lafayette Carr, 75, a resident of Montrose, passed from this life Sept. 3, 2012, at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown.
A graveside memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Sept. 15, at 10 a.m. in Elkins Memorial Gardens.
