BAKER - Class A, No. 6 East Hardy defeated Tygarts Valley 56-14 Friday in Potomac Valley Conference action.
Brandon Pritt had 92 yards passing and one touchdown for the Bulldogs (0-4).
Timmy Sparks had a 50-yard touchdown reception, while P.J. Lanham had 35-yards on the ground and a score.
"I thought our younger guys really played well, especially P.J. Lanham," Tygarts Valley coach Joseph Arbogast said. "Brandon Pritt also had a good game passing the ball."
East Hardy will host Pendleton County next Friday for a PVC matchup.
Tygarts Valley entertains Gilmer County the same night.

CLENDENIN - Caleb Butcher had 142 yards rushing and scored one touchdown to lead Lewis County past Herbert Hoover 48-7 Friday night.
Braden Montgomery added 105 yards passing for the Minutemen (3-2), who led 41-0 at halftime.
Lewis County will host rival Buckhannon-Upshur next Friday for a Big 10 Conference matchup.
