WVU student is MSFF royalty

Eve Elizabeth Leombruno has been chosen as a princess in the 76th Mountain State Forest Festival by Director General Mike Karlen.

Leombruno is the daughter of Michael Leombruno of Ocracoke, N.C., and Libby Leombruno of Morgantown. She has one brother, Anthony, and is the granddaughter of Oreste and Wilma Leombruno of Elkins.

Leombruno graduated this year from University High School. She was an honor student in English and civics and was a special education aide. She currently attends West Virginia University Nursing School and is studying to become a nurse anesthetist.

She enjoys singing, acting, poetry, longboarding, surfing, attending plays and musicals. She is a very outgoing and determined individual who enjoys helping people as much as possible.

Leombruno will join other princesses and members of the royal court on coronation hill Oct. 5 at Davis & Elkins College as part of the Forest Festival. More information is available at
