The first Parent Information Fair involving Valley Head Elementary, George Ward Elementary, Homestead Elementary and Tygarts Valley Middle/High schools is coming up this month, and organizers are looking for lots of community involvement.
The fair is set for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 22.
George Ward Elementary School has hosted parent informational fairs in the past, and every year, the number of vendors and participation in these fairs have grown. So, with other schools interested in providing their parents/community with the same experience, organizers thought it would be beneficial to everybody involved to have one community-wide Parent Informational Fair for the Southern part of Randolph County.

The fair will include vendors, inflatable games for children and a concession stand that will benefit TVMS/HS athletics.
