Wes Miller and Kelly Shiflett announce the birth of a daughter, born at 2:43 p.m. Aug. 4, 2012, in Davis Memorial Hospital at Elkins. The infant weighed 3.5 pounds, 2 ounces, measured 4.18 inches and has been named Kenley Marie Miller. Siblings include Jace Hunter. Maternal grandparents are Ken Shiflett and Sue McCarthy. Paternal grandparents are Patricia Miller and the late David Miller.
