Charles McNeil "Charlie" Mullennex Sr., 85, a well- known supervisor for the West Virginia Division of Highways, departed this life Sunday evening, Oct. 7, 2012, in Davis Memorial Hospital at Elkins.
He was born Friday, Aug. 19, 1927, at Hendricks, a son of the late Charlie and Sallie Hannah
The family received friends at Lohr & Barb Funeral Home on Wednesday. Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home parlor today at 1:30 p.m.
The Rev. Neil Parsons will officiate. Interment will follow in Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons where Pythagoras Lodge 128 A.F.&A.M will conduct Masonic rites.
