Jeffrey K. Harvey, a 2001 graduate of Elkins High School, graduated May 24 from Johns Hopkins University. He received a Master of Arts in international relations/strategic studies and international economics from Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. The ceremony took place in Washington, D.C. He is employed by the U.S. government as an economic analyst. He and his wife, Deanna, and daughter, Talia Robin, live in Falls Church, Va. He is the son of T. Richard and Roseann Harvey of Elkins and the grandson of Barbara Harvey of Elkins and the late Robin L. Harvey.
