Elkins Middle School HI-Y is organized and has met requirements for recognition as a HI-Y for the 2012-2013 school year.
The group has enthusiastic students ready for a full year of civic leadership, service and good times with a purpose.
HI-Y is a partnership of Ohio-West Virginia State YMCA's HI-Y Leadership Center, with Elkins YMCA, Elkins Middle School, Randolph County and many others working together to help the next generation become prepared and engaged citizens.
David Cooper provides staff leadership to HI-Ys in Randolph County.
