Hurricane High School was named grand champion at the 76th Mountain State Forest Festival for best combined scores during the Grand Feature Parade and Spectacular of Bands.
Overall winners for the Grand Feature Parade are Parkersburg High School, first place; Hurricane High School, second place; and Greenbrier East High School, third place.
Winners during the Spectacular of Bands Field Show are Hurricane High School, first place; Philip Barbour High School, second place; and Greenbrier East High School, third place.
