The funeral procession for World War II veteran William Gainer, who was born in Kasson, proceeds from Talbott Funeral Home to the Fraternal Cemetery near Belington Saturday, led by a horse-drawn hearse. Gainer received full military rites accorded by the American Legion Post 96 of Belington and Post 44 of Philippi. The antique hearse came from Oakland, Md.
