Herman and Jo Criss of Philippi celebrated their 68th anniversary Oct. 31.
They are the parents of two children, Scott Criss and his wife, Barbara of Elkins; and Charles M. "Tinker" Criss and his wife, Susie Stemple of Edisto Beach, S.C. They have five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
