Junior Elwood Biller, 74, a resident of Talbott Community, Belington, departed this life Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 20, 2012, in the Davis Memorial Hospital Emergency Deptartment. He had been in declining health for quite some time.
He was born March 13, 1938, at Montrose, a son of the late Denver and Ruth Virginia (Biller) Talbott.
He is survived by two daughters, Twila Biller and husband, Ronald Vanoy, of Belington, and Tena Howell and husband, Okey Doyle Howell, of Belington; and one son, Frank Danks of Louisville, Ohio. Also surviving are his former wife, Mary Mick of Buckhannon; eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James "Tommy" Talbott and Robert "Bobby" Corbin; and his stepfather, Bradford "Bant" Talbott.
Mr. Biller attended the schools of Barbour County and was a Christian by faith. Before becoming disabled, he was an avid horseman, hunter and fisherman.
Friends will be received at Talbott Funeral Home in Belington from 5 to 9 p.m. today and again on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., the funeral hour, when final rites will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jimmie E. Tallman officiating. Interment will follow in the Lambert Chapel Cemetery near Belington.
